Ely Cathedral and Folk Dances

These photos were taken on the closing Sunday of the Ely folk festival. We had gone to see the Cathedral and were treated to a fabulous display of Scottish drumming followed by some dances. Warning - All the full size photos are on this page, which may mean it takes a while to download.

To be honest I'm not sure what the dances mean - in particular the vivid colours seen here make a change from the whites of Morris dancers.

And here are the some photos taken with the Italian family who I took out that day in Ely. The first is taken round the back of Ely Cathedral, the second is with the marina as the backdrop. Lots of expensive boats!!!
